Hotel & Travel
Hotel Room Block
We’ve secured a discounted room block for summit attendees. Book early—rooms are limited and available first-come, first-served.
Recommended arrival: April 8 (evening before the summit)
Recommended departure: April 11 (morning after the summit ends)
Getting There
Flying in: Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) is just 5 minutes from the hotel. Uber/Lyft typically runs $10-15.
Driving: Free parking available at the hotel.
What to Expect
Format
Every session follows our implementation format:
- 45 minutes of instruction
- 45 minutes of hands-on implementation with guidance
- Optional Think Tank time for deeper dives
You’ll leave having actually BUILT the systems, not just learned about them.
What to Bring
- Laptop (required—you’ll be working!)
- Chargers
- Notebook/pen (if you prefer handwritten notes)
- Business cards (optional)
- Questions about your specific business challenges
Dress Code
Business casual. Think comfortable but professional—you’ll be working at tables, networking, and on your feet during breaks.
Meals Included
- Breakfast both days (7:00-8:00 am)
- Lunch both days (12:30-1:30 pm)
- Snacks and beverages throughout

Can I transfer my ticket if I can’t make it?
Yes! Tickets are fully transferable until March 8, 2026. Just email us at [email protected] with the new attendee’s information.
Are sessions recorded?
Yes! All sessions will be recorded and available to attendees after the event.
What if I have specific questions about my business?
That’s what the Think Tank sessions are for! After each main session, you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with speakers on your specific challenges.
Is WiFi included?
Yes! High-speed WiFi is available throughout the venue.
Can I bring a guest?
Additional tickets can be purchased at [link]. Each ticket includes all meals, materials, and access to sessions.
What’s the cancellation policy?
No refunds, but tickets are transferable until March 8, 2026.
