How does someone manage all different aspects of a business at once
Whether you’re running a business or not, time blocking is the most important aspect in managing multiple tasks. Time blocking consists of the breakdown of your day, keeping track of what you have to do throughout the day.
Setting up a calendar on your phone with daily tasks for reminders of what needs to be done at a certain time. The purpose of this is to make sure you are getting to work on tasks that need to be done instead of spending most of your time on one task.
How to handle unexpected situations that may affect your work schedule
Unexpected moments can happen at any time in life and can become difficult at times to get back on track. In order to prepare for the unexpected make sure to have at least 2 hours freed up on your schedule. Set reminders on your phone and or computer of the tasks that you’ve put aside that need to be completed.
Time is important especially if you’re running a business it’s important to plan ahead because you may never know what can happen.
Having a system in place to better organize your business
Having an organized system could reduce stress, make operations smooth, lower expenses, and better productivity. Once you have everything organized and a system in place you don’t have to touch it often.
Using tools like Calendly, Google Docs, Google Forms, and Airtable can make things like scheduling and sharing information less stressful and the best thing about these sites is that they are automatically saved to a cloud so you will not have to worry about deleting or losing work.
